  • I first came to therapy to access some support for my anger. I was hoping to feel more in control and feel less overwhelmed and ready to explode. I have found sessions extremely helpful. I’m a mental health Occupational Therapist, nervous system educator and relational counselling trainee.


I’ve been supporting people find steadiness, clarity and achieve their goals for over 13 years in the NHS, social care, charity sector and private practice. I combine a warm, down to earth manner with an integrative approach meaning I draw on various approaches and teachings to meet all parts of you. My aim is to support you build awareness, balance and choice so you can authentically relate to yourself, your values, others and the world around you with more ease, presence and freedom.
